Nowadays, we have barely time to relax. Our everyday life is so hectic and stressful. We don’t have time for proper meals, our hobbies and most importantly, we don’t have enough time to relax and take care of ourselves. And it’s so easy, that many of us feel like self-care is something “special”.
Self care prevents you from nervous breakdown. We are all guilty. We push ourselves too much, without even realizing our limit. Often reaching it and feeling miserable, exhausted and ready to give up.
Self care clears your mind. When you get stuck on a complicated problem to deal with, and you have no idea what to do, try taking a break.
Self care motivates. When you feel like you don’t want to fight anymore, make sure to enjoy some me-time, so that you feel like fighting again.
However Self care is not only about relaxing. The most important part of self-care is what we do everyday, what we eat, how much we exercise.
